The Crossroads Childrens Chorus Festival is excited to announce that Stephen Hatfield will return in 2010 as the guest clinician for 2010.

For an example of the quality choices you can expect, see our 2008 roster of stars. The clinician was Canadian composer/conductor Stephen Hatfield, whose rapport with youth is widely recognized. World renowned operatic soprano, Kallen Esperian, a rare talent,, was a down-to-earth inspiration for everyone. Lawrence Hamilton, best known for his leading role in the Broadway musical, "Ragtime" was a big hit with the children and the audience. Country-soul legend Ronnie Milsap, was a godsend, offering advice and encouragement from one who has overcome great adversity, who also displayed tender feelings for our children. Six of the finest choral directors thoroughly prepared their choirs for the spectacular event.

"I was so moved by Stephen's energy, enthusiasm and above all, the way in which he was able to communicate with the children musically. I immediately felt so joyful that my daughter was having the privilege to work with such talent.

Then came the night of performance... I, along with many others, was so moved and felt our souls when Lawrence Hamilton sang along with the children. When Kallen Esperian sang 'Over the Rainbow' with the children, the presence of magical rainbow on the stage was palpable, thanks to the lighting and the acoustic resonance of the stage. And Ronnie Milsap bringing all of us back down to earth to Nashville with "What a Difference You Made in My Life". It was truly an unforgettable experience.
